As I've said before, the big celebrations in Norway are on Christmas Eve. Christmas Day is for relaxing with family and spending time together. We've spent the day at Sverre's mother's, and now after a good dinner and riskrem for dessert, we're set up to relax and spend the evening watching movies.
We hope you are all having a good Christmas, however you choose to celebrate it.
Happy Holidays Corinne :-))) Do you really like riskrem? I can eat it (because I can eat just about anything) but it´s not my favourite. It´s ok though because at Christmas there is so much food to choose from everyone finds something they love- right :-))) Have a super holiday and we´ll ses i 2012 :-)))
ReplyDeleteI do like riskrem! And risgrøt, but I can't eat much of either. They're so filling, I can handle a small bowl of each before I feel absolutely stuffed. The variety is what I do like about Christmas dinners and lunches here, you can walk away with a full-to-brimming plate and still have only picked out what you like.
ReplyDeleteHope you had a good one & wishing you a Happy New Year while at it :-)
